Fountains
You can drink tap water in Austria from almost anywhere. The country has strict water regulations ensuring tap water is clean and free of contaminants. 100% of Austria's drinking water comes from groundwater and spring water. We enjoyed discovering the many outdoor public fountains where we could fill up water bottles... Switzerland also had many public fountains.
