Strawberry Pretzel Salad Dessert
Pretzel Salad
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels ( I used the small thin pretzels as they
crush easier)
3/4 cup margarine melted
2 tbs sugar
Mix & press into a 9 x 13 pan bake 10 min at 350
let crust cool
now mix 1 cup sugar, 8 oz cream cheese and a 13 oz cool whip (note that
I couldn't find a 13 oz cool whip so I used the large 16 oz and it came
out okay ) you can always cut it down just a bit. Spread this mixture
over the cooled crust
Then take
2 cups hot water
2 - 3 oz jello's
2 - 10 oz packages of fruit usually frozen fruit after you thaw it (
I used raspberry and it is really good) but what ever flavor jello you
use then use the same for the fruit. Strawberry and Raspberry are the
best.
Pour this mixture over the top of the coolwhip mixture and then refrigerate
overnight !!!!!!
